About
The Full Story
I am a licensed clinical social worker and graduate of New York University, where I earned my MSW. I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported. Reaching out for help can be challenging, especially during periods of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm. My goal is to provide a warm, steady space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of your experiences at your own pace, without judgment.

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, career changes, relocation, and the emotional complexities of parenting and postpartum adjustment. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps. Together, we focus on gaining clarity, strengthening resilience, and developing practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based perspectives. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, with an emphasis on emotional insight, self-compassion, and growth.
I strive to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and better equipped to navigate life with confidence. I provide therapy in both English and Hebrew.

I am committed to creating a respectful, nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Taking the first step is often enough.
